  • Inbound calls for assistance with booking a cruise from the client's customers.
  • Inbound calls for assistance with cruise specific questions, quotes and more.
  • Maintain top sales performance by showcasing expert sales techniques and overcoming customer objections.
  • Possible outbound calls to client-designated internal support departments, client's customers for status and clarification purposes.
  • Transferring of inbound calls or outbound calls to other client-designated internal support departments or client account representatives.

PC Requirements:

  • Dual-core 2.8 GHz or better or Intel "i" class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better.
  • 64 GB total hard drive or better.
  • 4 GB of RAM or better.
  • USB VoIP Headset.
  • Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or Windows 10
  • Hardwired connection (no wireless) Minimum 10 mbps download/Minimum 3 mbps upload

MAC Requirements:

  • Must have an Ethernet port
  • Mac Book Air and Mac USB-C ports will not be supported
  • Boot Camp and a licensed version of Windows (Windows 7, 8,8.1, or 10) MUST be installed
  • Please note that Arise Technical Support WILL NOT be able to provide assistance with the installation of Boot Camp and/or Windows or any questions related to it.

Client requests agents service 20 hour per week, 5 hours required on a Saturday, Sunday, or a combination of both. 

Pay

Starting Pay: $9.00 per hour (Customer Service)

For Sales: $2.00 per net booking

                   $1.00 per VPP

                   $0.50 per B+
